These placeholder terms describe the limits of this portfolio demonstration. They do not create an agreement with a restaurant, booking service or hospitality business.

This is demo placeholder content for a fictional restaurant portfolio website. It is not legal advice, does not describe a real business and must not be treated as a binding client policy or statement.

Demonstration purpose

Linden Table is a fictional Mediterranean restaurant created to demonstrate website design, local content, conversion journeys and static implementation for a portfolio. No real venue, team, guest or trading business is represented.

Bookings and payments

The website cannot create, change or cancel a restaurant booking. The enquiry form does not send information, and no payment, deposit or card detail is requested or processed. A success message only demonstrates the intended interface state.

Menus, prices and availability

Dishes, prices, opening hours, capacities, addresses and event information are illustrative. They should not be used to plan a real visit or purchase. Fictional reviews are labelled throughout the website and do not represent real feedback.

Internal links demonstrate the structure of the fictional restaurant website. The footer link to Feral Online leads to a separate real website. Linden Table does not control or describe the content or policies of that external website.

Use for a real client

These terms are intentionally concise placeholders. A real business would need terms written for its services, booking process, cancellation rules, payments, ownership, liability and governing law, with appropriate professional review before launch.
